Hello hai I do not know how these things work so anyone tell me if I’m doing this wrong but there’s this mod on teen chat (not org, com) and she’s just very mean. Not in the sense that she’s rude, even though she is, but she singles users out when it comes to discipline and stuff like that. An example is that one of my friends sent a screenshot of a message from a weird man in the chat and they got a warning for it, while all the others were sending screenshots and they did not get warnings. Another example is that I once said “Die”, like just “die” and she kicked me, while the others were talking about homosexual intercourse. She also will not do anything aboht anyone no matter how much proof there is that they did something if she wasnt there. She always says "you'll live" when someone has a complaint about her behavior. And the one time I say something about it too, I get kicked for "Harassing mods".

The mod is indacouch 🙂 i do not wish to start any drama at all, all i want is for someone to tell her to straighten up.

you were NOT afk I LITERALLY told u abt it and you said “you’ll live” like you always do. And I do agree telling users to “die” is unacceptable, however no one reported me. If they did, tell me otherwise, but I believe no one reported me. You have said multiple times you can’t do anything about anyone if no one reports. I am not sure what you mean by “offended by my own actions” but I can tell you’re trying to get yourself off the hook and I don’t think that’ll happen

Like I’ve said before I don’t MAKE YOU do these things, you’re responsible for your own actions.
 
She was NOT afk, this genuinely all happened. Im literally sick and tired of this mod, she does things that are appropriate for USERS not MODS. she should NOT be a mod. It's obvious, it isn't just me complaining anymore either.
 
I have to agree with the left side of this situation. This mod HAS been power abusing for a while now. INot trying to start drama but this has to get handled one way or another. Vic is known for getting angry VERY fast.

I was the moderator who kicked you for creating arguments and harassing.
I was watching the chat on and off for a bit when I noticed the increasing criticism and language being said in the chat, to the point it was being disruptive and the only thing being said in the chat.
I cannot speak for every other instance of you being actioned whilst seemingly others are not, as I’m not always on to monitor yours or others’ activities.
I will also say you don’t need to be reported to be actioned. If we see something and it breaks the rules, you’ll be actioned, report or not.
You can always provide any such evidence to the admins if you feel a staff member is acting as they shouldn’t.

Also @downyjunior no need to mention mine or anyone else’s personal life. I do my best to keep my feelings separate from what I do as a mod.
If you don’t feel I do it accordingly, I am welcome to criticism & you can always talk to the admins about my behaviour.

Hopefully I’ve accordingly addressed my side of things. I’ll let the admins address any other concerns I may not have covered well 🙂.

Perhaps, but it still seemed quite disruptive to me. No need to do any of this in the main chat, simply take it to forums as you have now.

Maybe she said that in the chat as I don’t see it here but it was likely a misinterpretation. If we’re offline or afk or we simply miss something, we won’t be able to action it. Hence, we’d only be able to get it from a report as we cannot accept screenshot evidence.
Though if we catch it in the chat, we can action it without a report being made. Still safe to report in case we don’t see it though.
 
4th complaint this week that mod has been dragged. Can see why as the entitlement and gaslighting protruding from her reply is like her attitude- stinks.

@downyjunior please do not speak on my personal life since it is nun of your business to point out anyone’s personal life.

@Meowwa you already have a history (which i can happily tell you about in pms) if you keep saying the same offense over and over the mute/kick will be longer i would suggest you stop telling users to die. And i do remember you complaining to me about the inappropriate stuff being sent and when i asked you to report it because i was again afk you refused too and i saw people got muted/kicked for inappropriate gifs so in mods defense that issue was correctly taken care of. I am not the only mod online at all times. you tend to cause arguments not intense one but little ones here and there so please do not play victim here no one is a victim.
 
No I do not want you to tell me in PMs, I want you to tell me right here. If you’re talking about how I tend to act a bit crazy sometimes, I understand why you’re weary of me because of that. I am very prone to manic episodes. This is not an excuse, but an explanation. I try my best to take responsibility of my actions, especially if they have hurt others, because I don’t wish to hurt anyone, and I try to be as understanding as I can.

Also about the argument thing, literally everyone else caused drama and you do NOTHING about it. Why is it only me who gets punished? Also, I don’t argue, I debate, others turn it into arguements. If I wanted to argue with someone I’d ask. Literally you can ask anyone I ASK to argue with someone when I’m bored. And if someone is blatantly insensitive of course I’m going to say something about it because we have enough those kinds of people in this world. It’s a chat for teenagers, I don’t expect anyone to be as sensible as a grown adult, of course, but when someone resorts to insults during a debate that’s how they cause an argument. I WILL finish arguments no matter what. If you do not like that, then maybe try talking to some of the other users before you start getting onto me.
