Mod Complaint on amaisey

Mod in question: Amaisey
Reason for complaint: Unfair and unjust treatment

Mod named Amaisey and co-mods have been “enforcing” things that do NOT exist in rules. Constantly kicking or muting people for unknown reasons, rules that do not exist on the official rules, as well as muting and kicking people on their own accord without giving any reason. I as well as many others have been muted after asking for help from the mods, have been told to “****** it” after asking a reasonable question. As well as, have been harassed by people on chat because I have a “stupid argument” by which the mods themselves continued such behavior. This is highly unprofessional and unfair to the chat and people in chat. I as well as others feel as though this chat is unwelcoming, unfriendly, and a very bad place to be.
 
I was modding when this whole situation happened. You were told by 2 mods in there not to ask for dares in main chat as when ppl request that it’s almost always of a sexual nature. You argued back and forth that you can do whatever you want because that’s not an example in the rules. You were warned to stop arguing and you continued . You were then muted and told why you were never kicked. Amaisey didn’t do anything wrong you just didn’t get your way. Enough.

Firstly as you don't see reasons for removal or mutes how do you know the kicks or mutes are invalid?
How well do you know the rules in Girls chat, have you got a copy of the rules under which we operate?

Now we get onto the centre of the propblem. Lets not go into what others may have asked or said this is your complaint.
What did you ask, and lets share if it was reasonable?
What was the stupid arguement you are having with others in chat?
As I do not recognise the name what chat name did you use, was it a guest or other sort of account?
It would be helpful if you gave more information because without It will be difficult to answer you?

I am sorry that you find the chat unwelcoming, unfriendly, and a very bad place to be as most Moderators try hard to make it not so.

I was not arguing, I asked questions asking about what I should do ask in specifying that it was a sfw dare and/or a non 18+ dare. I also asked how to get to the forums and what the rules were by which I was ignored by the mods. You mods pick things that you find “disruptive” when somebody is genuinely trying to find the problem and figure out how to do better. You will kick and mute people whenever you want saying things like it’s apparently against the rules or that it’s “disruptive” this whole time you ignored a girl who’s 14 asking for moms to pm her when you, Sweetheart, said that minors are strictly not allowed to do that, why is she not kicked or muted, or at the very least warned? I don’t care I didn’t get my way, I care that this is unfair and unjust because you mods are selective and opinionated on random things you just don’t like. You are supposed to follow exactly what the rules are and enforce those specific rules. Not your own made up rules.

I never said I knew all of them were invalid, I just prefer that mods would be mindful and give reasons for what they were doing to at least help justify their actions and not just saying things, like specifically saying they broke ___ rule. I also answered what I asked in my response to Sweetheart. It was a guest account. Thank you for your response. I just want to come to a peaceful solution.
 
We warn, mute, and kick everyone unjust. There is no favoritism that happens in there. Many times it’s the same folks day after day. You said you had the rules up in another tab, and can do whatever that is not specified in the rules. Before we had a chance to respond how to get to forums another user told you so you had your answer. Again nothing wrong was done here.

And in return of me saying I just want to find the forums one of you mods muted me for 5 minutes for “arguing.” How was I arguing when I was specifically looking for something and asked a harmless question. And yes if it’s not in the rules then I should be able to do it as I’m literally not breaking any rules. Nor am I looking for loops holes in the rules. My point was that mods can’t just make up rules for what people can’t or can’t do based on probability and assumptions. It has to be 100%, factual, and real.

All you people need to stop complaining about getting muted and kicked for no reason because that never happens. Sweetheart3783 from girls chat has kicked me out a bunch of times and you don't see me complaining and the reason why she has kicked me is because I was trolling her and I admit it too.

I too was there, when this incident happened. In my opinion the OP was given more than enough warnings to clean up his/her act and refused to do so. His/Her intention appeared to be nothing more than to troll Sweetheart and the other mods.
