Mod Ignores Racism in the chat

I thought mods were supposed to monitor the chat? The mod DynamicDylan only doesn't thing about reports and doesn't monitor at all. People have been saying blanant racist things in the chat and he just ignores it. I even asked him, there was a screenshot of a guy saying the n word in the chat and the person in the screen shot didn't get kicked, and when I asked him about it he ignored it! Absolutely ridiculous, can't even feel safe in the chat, first pedos and now racists. It's infuriating.
 
I kicked the guy you reported for calling you a “Beaner” I also muted after warning Dani for saying the n word and I warned everyone else. As for the pedos there’s over 100 kicked in Teen right now (which is too high and shouldn’t be that amount kicked) BUT GUESS WHAT it’s because I’ve been actively kicking pedos. Please provide the proof that I have not been kicking pedos as for Dani I will show I quite clearly muted him

I responded to you and I quite clearly told you no mod was online at the time I logged into reports which I cleared I warned the room and then I proceeded to mutes. Which is what I’m meant to do
 
View attachment 938755And this was sent to me by another VIP which I then took action on and muted. Please Tell me where I’ve went wrong here 🤔 the chatter was dealt with aswell as the rest warned and muted/kicked too. And I was kicking pedos left right and centre

I'd beg to differ sir! DynamicDylan is one of the best mods here and has helped me on numerous occasions! Please verify these accusations before you make them. From past experience on other places I can say that this without proof can lead to a ban as bringing false accusations against someone in the Administration team as well as trying to get them fired. Until further proof is brought forth these asinine comments have zero foot-hold. Good day!

As you know I love to help you and everyone else in the room. You bring me the proof if I’m not online and I’ll sort it 🙂 I mean false accusations against users is punishable following the warm/mute/kick protocol but staff are to be thick skinned and shouldn’t let childish crap like that get in their way of keeping the room clean. I always say in the room (as everyone sees) no proof = no action. In this case I wasn’t online I gave a verbal warning then I muted the chatter aswell as I was constantly kicking pedos. Me I don’t see the issue but thx for your support (people like you being good joy to the room) 🙂

People were posting about it in the chat room and he did nothing. I was messaging him for a bit about it but after I told him he was ignoring screenshots of a person who was still in the chat saying the n word he never responded to me, and he was still chatting in the chat room! He was being buddy buddy with the person (Dani) who said the n word. This behavior is unacceptable of a mod. I'm glad you had a positive experience with him but I certainly did not.

Why just mute someone who is being racist though? You didn't take any real action against him, and you were joking and having conversations with him afterwards! Not to mention you did ignore my message after I asked why you weren't taking action, muting a racist does nothing but stop them for a while, a kick or a ban would've suited him better, but you didn't want to since you're friendly with him right? A mod shouldn't be acting this way, racism is a real problem just like the ped0s in the chat, it shouldn't be ignored and brushed under the rug like it was.
 
Hmmmmm I ignored your dm yes (because it was pointless and I told you what I needed to) so yes I didn’t reply. Yes I’m allowed to talk in main chat (just because I’m a mod doesn’t mean I can’t have fun) and I try to be friendly with as many people as possible in the room. Makes it more enjoyable for me and the others in the room. Maintaining healthy relationships with other ********. Mods can’t ban ******** and we have a warn/mute/kick protocol which I followed. I did not joke with the chatter about his usage of the n word. He said it he was warned and brought it up again with the screenshots I showed you and he got muted. Move on 😐 if he had of continued again I would have kicked. If we banned every single person who said the n word once we would lose a lot of ********. I followed protocol and I believe I did the right thing. I’m sorry you don’t like our mod guidelines. And I was kicking the pedos and I’m not going into detail with that. If you actually have any questions worth answering you know where my dm box is or the room admins which is Annie 🙂

Do you even consider the feelings of the poc people in the chat? You're one of the mods, talk to the admin about it, anyone who can be a blatant racist shouldn't have a home in the teen chat. First of all... Mods cannot ban, they can mute and kick. Second of all I don't read books so give the short version... Third of all, why are you making a big deal outta this? Like words are word and yes they can hurt but thats why there's an "ignore" button in the chat. Stop making s*** outta pudding.

We have to follow kicking procedures, once the max kick of 2 hours is reached we can post it in ban request, if they are all the same reasons for kicking to be exact.

so we cannot ban anybody just because they are doing something wrong, just as if someone post a nude we still have to follow the kicking procedures. we apologize that we can't just ban because someone was being racist to you but we also have to mute do the max mutes then do max kicks to have them banned so we apologize that's the rules we have to follow. if you also have a problem with someone you can click the ignore button it works.

We have a set of rules to follow (mod guidelines) which I followed. The n word isn’t allowed and I muted the offending chatter after I warned them not to use it. Any complaints in the rules/guidelines can go to @Annie and @Chatmaster (being the admin and site owner) just because you don’t get what you want (a chatter banner for using slurs) doesn’t mean you can criticise me and how I choose to mod the room. I’m well within rules and guidelines when I mod (ensuring I follow rules aswell as enforcing the rules to other people) and I kick pedos :/ your complaint is fabricated upon you not getting what you want. As I’ve said your free to ask me Annie or CM anything. If it’s rule related I’d go straight to Annie because I can’t change rules nor will I ask for that rule to be changed. Hell people was allowed to use the n word before I became mod and asked the ex admin to change the rules 😐Reebs and Annie did an amazing job of turning Teen chat into a place that’s welcoming and safe for all. Moderators all follow rules or they will be questioned and removed if it becomes a habit. Idk what else to say. But I’ve given you my answer and justified why and how you can change what you think should be changed
