Im not complaining about a mod enforcing rules, he wasnt enforcing rules, he was calling someone an idiot, how is that enforcing the rules? Thats verbal abuse, there is literally a report option for verbual abuse, but your right there was no other mod on site so reporting him was pointless, ill make sure to only report him when other mods are in the room, but nothing you said changes the fact that this guy bullies and harasses people everytime he is in the room, he is the most unprofessional mod i have ever seen and needs to be demoted, i will continue to report his behavior as it is unacceptable.
I work with him regularly and he does a great job in his own time protecting everyone. Speaking out in the room is ine way we control the constant rule breaking. Anyway all I say is glass houses
Again you seem to be missing the point, speaking out in chat is one thing, calling people stupid, idiots, dumbasses and harassing them is something completely different, if they are breaking the rules you warn them if they proceed you kick them you dont let them stay and just insult them over and over, your calling me out for warnings on my account for rules while defending a mod for breaking those same rules, why should i obey the rules if the own mods dont, your supposed to set an example as the authority in the room and yet your letting a mod bully and harass, its super unprofessional and just makes you guys look bad

as someone who has worked alongside ManlyTattedBear multiple times, his method of keeping order is admittedly bit unique, but it works from what i’ve seen.
it’s also worth noting that the mods are, in fact, human beings who can experience emotion. after warning about something 20 times and then kicking for it for half an hour, and having the same people come back again and again, sometimes it just feels good to call them out for it, and vent the frustration. we can’t just ignore the fact that some of these people he calls out really do act like they have minimal brain activity.
it clearly gets people’s attention, as it prompted you to post this, and thus, at least people are acknowledging the rules. these people being scolded are breaking them in some way, and he’s just putting them on display. i’m not saying it’s the best way by any means, but if it works, it works, and that means less spamming and weirdos.

You break the rules many times as your history shows. No mod runs a room the same. Its a chat room and yes even moderators can make not so nice comments to those that feel entitled to keep up the same behavior that gets them removed. I read your threats you pm'd my moderator and now you want to become righteous in forums. You told him you would make his life a living hell which is the reason for forum complaint. If u continue to harass him I will be will remove you for more than you're complaining about. Enjoy your chats and abide by the rules.
