Being on multiple chats is a red flag in my opinion.

Especially if you’re on multiple chats made for “minors”
 
So if you don't want the name that is fine but don't say I don't tell you

The user you're complaining about specified that the profile picture wasn't him. Wasn't pretending to be that user. I see no proof of any nefarious activity, simply two friends fooling around.

As for you, enjoy your ban, you evading little sh*t.
