I'm not trying to be rhetorical, but I truly hope if you are ever accused of any offence in your life- you are not required to prove you're innocent.

The real world does not always operated like that HR and you know it. In the US there has been a long history of people being convicted because evidence was manipulated by the police, and prosecutors. Chat Avenue is not the real world. Generally speaking, in rooms across this site, and in the real world, the burden of proof is always on the one making an accusation. Moderators are presumed to be doing what their admin asks them to do. What moderators have to do regarding this kicks is instructed by their admins.

This can be difficult to enact in busy rooms, especially when the mods are instructed to remove pedophiles etc. Do you expect them to keep screenshots of CP? So already, there is no way that moderators can retain proof of *all* disgressions, so then it comes down to what should the mods keep screenshots of? Everything but CP? Should they keep screenshots of the chatbots as well? While the idea makes a lot of sense, it would be difficult to implement consistently across the platform.

No they should do the job they don't get paid for and quit power tripping & the person I said that about it wasn't a question I simply said.. you like talking about children sexually.. like WOW factor do you understand?! And I reported him but I got kicked instead and like I said idgaf most of the mods their are corrupt anyways its just weird they favour people who get turned on by minors

You can't have it both ways. If you can comment on a thread that has nothing to do with you (you were not kicked or banned) then you can't cry foul when other site staff also comment. (simply because you don't like their remarks.)
