Hello, I'm a mod in Teen Chat. Please remember that we're all volunteers and cannot be available 24/7, we have lives too. It doesn't sound like you have a specific complaint, so what seems to be your issue?

We’re all doing our best to keep the chat safe and clean for everyone, and my mods are doing a spectacular job. Reports are handled and action is taken against rule-breaking users once a mod is online, but we are all volunteers with lives outside of modding, and therefore can’t be available all the time.
We could, however, do with a few more mods, so applications are also currently being accepted. If that’s something you would be interested in and you meet the criteria, you can always apply and potentially help out : )
