There are only two people who can request a thread be closed: the thread creator and the admin of the room that the thread is regarding. You asked a question and I provided an answer. @Inkandtatts was requesting thread closure accordingly. The pun was humorous and on the nose – it's pretty clear the gif was added for comedic purposes and not to carry on anything. @-Chopper- on the other hand I can't speak for 😬.
