Most of the people who moderate are not good people, hence all the memes about them being not good people.

Quite a generalization, that. in fact it's really the opposite. The mod you are bitching about, booted the creep, and makes sure any that need banned I'm made aware of. That same mod you are bitching about spent time on a saturday afternoon, helping keep the room a decent place to be after doing the same all week.
