My account nay have been hacked but I can't seem to contact support.

Please post what email you are sending it too.can u elaborate on the alleged hacking. Did it result your account getting banned ? This will affect who u contact

I am emailing [email protected]. I had 2 accounts - 1 through my laptop and 1 through my iPad. I tried logging into my iPad account last night and it would not accept my password. When I tried to send a link, to chnage my password, it said my email address was not recognised. I registered a new account, with a new password but when i tried to log in 2 minutes later, it would not accept my password again. Also, if I try to log in through the main web page - Chat Avenue.com - I chose the 'adult chat' option and it does take me to the log in screen (but I just can't log in) However, if I try to log in direct from Chat Avenue/adult chat.html and then try to get to the log in screen, I am getting a message saying the site is down for maintenance and that message has been appearing since last night.

If you can’t login to your account please retry resetting your password an relogging in again if that don’t help you’ll need to wait
 
If the chat is running on a backup (which I’m assuming it is depending on how old the backup is your account creation may not even exist yet)
Also try old usernames you can think

Everyone had these issues yesterday and last night as the chat rooms were all down. The issues are now fixed if you still have issues logging in. Let us know
