Hello

I live in a home where there is more than one user. Recently i found out they were banned which has also affected me since we all share the same internet service provider. I would like to use the service still as i wasnt even home when she was online.

What was their screen name for this site you have to know that? They need to come talk to the admin as well.
What room were you in when this happened? When did this happen what time? The day and the date of this incident about being banned? What year?

She is BlondeElla or ellablonde and it happened last 24hours. She posted something taboo about her personal life.

No. bans are handed through IP not accounts.

There is no way to discern which user is behind the keyboard of a given account at any given time.

If it wasn’t you then someone else in your home is a pedophile. I would suggest discovering who it is and reporting them to the authorities. The ban won’t be lifted.
