When I tried to login I was unable. I am VIP so I had changed my username so I wasn't sure if that has something to do with it. I tried both past and present username with no luck. So I asked for a temporary password and received it, but still could not login. The message I get is incorrect username or password. Please advise how I can get this fixed. Thanks!
