My whole country has been banned?

I tried to register an account and can send chat messages fine, but when I try to upload a picture I get this error:

"You or your country of origin has been denied from accessing this page, website or services. The most likely reason is you are accessing from an IP or ISP that has deemed to not be of any value to our community."

Is there any way to get this ban lifted? Or narrowed so that it doesn't include new users? If there is a way to send private messages I can send my IP address to an admin if that helps.

Hello, which room is this in and did you actually create a registered account? If so, what is your chat username?
 
I’m sorry I’m not really sure what the issue is. It doesn’t seem to be anything on our end. It’s possible that the country you live in or something on your device or your Internet service is preventing you from sending pictures. I’m not sure.
 
It's definitely something on the device or ISP's end. Unless the file size is too large or gets the violation of standards message, it won't be on Chat Avenue's end. Both of those things can be debunked if it is only an issue with a single picture.

More often time than not, it's a security setting on the users end whether that be a VPN, Firewall, or Anti-virus. If a country or ISP has restrictions on internet use, it can limit uploads as well.

The admin could do a test ban and unban to see if that works but chances are it won't, since you have tried with multiple registered names. Unless I'm reading some of this wrong.

I took an image from the chat that somebody else successfully posted so there can't be anything wrong with the image. And it needs to be sent to chat-avenue's server, processed and returned for it return an error from chat-avenue so it can't be anything on my computer, network, ISP etc.

Unless the error message is horribly misleading, there is almost certainly an IP range ban above the normal user level ban stuff, that doesn't like my IP address for some reason.
 
Yeah if the attempt was made with an image you saw was successfully uploaded but won't work for you, it's definitely an issue with restrictions on your country unfortunately.
