Need help in resolving my issue.

I was chatting in an adult chat room (adult mobile) and then I got banned for spam. I personally wasn't aware that I was spamming, although I do post kind of same texts in the main room. I am extremely sorry though if I was doing anything that went against the rules and I hope I can be forgiven and have my account back. I have made many good friendships on the chat, and I hope to make many more if I am allowed back.

I have been using this chatsite for a month, my user id was " poseidon ", I even couldn't able to login that's why I create and using an alternate account here.

I don't know whom to tag, kindly help me.

Was this for the mobile or desktop version? I'll tag the admins for you; they will deal with it when they are online.

And for the record, a spam ban simply means the system caught a keyword from the filter and banned. If you did not do anything wrong, you shan't worry, as an admin should be able to unban! 😀

Yeah mam thankyou, Can you kindly help me to know why I got suddenly banned, so that I won't repeat that mistake by using the same words again.
