Need help recovering VIP account

I just sent an email with details to [email protected]. I haven't used my account in months and now I can't recover it using my email it just says "sorry no user found with those details". I'd appreciate some help with this.
 
Ok but I was a good regular user that just stopped chatting because I was busy with work and life and there was no legitimate reason to delete my account so I'm asking for your help. I don't think you should be selling it as a "lifetime vip membership" if you're just going to delete it on a whim.
 
i have no control over vip. i did not "sell it as lifetime" and i did not delete it.

if you arent getting an answer from the email, then one possible solution to your issue is the fact that they are upholding point #14. in which case you wont get an answer, you wont be getting your account back, and you wont be refunded.
 
Who gives new VIP access to users and who removes lifetime VIP's from the room? Is that someone else and can I have their email?
 
This is where a mod told me to go for help so that's why I'm here please give the information of the person I should email if what the mod told me was wrong. If you remember me from the chargeback you should know that I'm used to your level of helpfulness and I'm happy to go above your head. I don't understand why you have the title of Admin when you're so unfriendly and unkind.
 
I am a room admin. Room admins have no control over VIP. The person(s) that deals with that is site admin... who is above my head & who you've already emailed as stated in your 1st post.

The mod told you correctly. However you posted it in the singles section, where it would never get seen by anyone with the ability to help. I moved it here to technical support, and have been answering your questions. It is you , who started being unkind when you blamed me for things that i have no acess to and continue to be unfriendly with your veiled threats to "go over my head" ( which you've already done).
 
I didn't accuse you of anything personally and when I said you sold me lifetime VIP anyone with a brain and no stick up their ass would've gotten that I was referring to chat ave. The mod told me to come to the singles room since I'm only VIP in singles and probably didn't know how powerless your are. You're such a sour grape anytime I've ever talked to you.
 
ask the mods if you have any accounts linked if not deleted lol
