Need help with ban plss!

I sometimes speak on gay chat, and a few days ago i log into my acc and find that i have been banned. It said that i have to be over 18 to use gay chat, which i am over 18 (im19) and i don’t know what i did? Even if i try guest login it wont let me.. Can someone pls help unban me
