Need to Get A Hold of Someone Above Admin

Hello, I want to get a hold of someone in charge of the admins and who takes threats more seriously.

Every mod and admin I have contacted will not take violent threats seriously and therefore I need someone with superiority.

If anyone can direct me to that person(s) of interest, I would be grateful!
