I asked Il Capitano if she was aware of who he was and that he's ban evading. She says yes, and that he keeps coming back. She says she's taken actions that I can't see meanwhile the creep continues to hit on the child in the chatroom, which everyone can see. I ask if Il Capitano doesn't kick ban evaders for 2 hours like the other mods do. She insults my intelligence, telling me that I don't get it.
So apparently there's a new rule at Chat Avenue: ban evading is now allowed! As long as you keep doing it, you'll wear out mods like Il Capitano who don't really want to do their job and you can just get away with it! Hell, they'll even watch as you flirt with underage users!
