Your actions has led our Luka to behave as he is and you wouldn't be the first. I'm not going to comment on whether it's bad or good.
As for @TheLeigh - when Universal Moderators weigh up decisions - to warn or ban or edit material - they do so by looking at everything that has happened, this they do in a form that best fits the interests of #1 Chat Avenue - generally speaking.
You must also consider to yourself that Leigh and the other Universal Moderator are being watched for their conduct - obviously not in a bad way aye.
There's no list of things you can do as a misstep for our Chatmaster to elect to remove you as a staff member - this may appear unfair but Chatmaster has his own methods and reasons, even if it is unclear sometimes.
In any case what idea or action did you want this site to consider to actualise?

First, please remember that staff in the room are volunteers. We’re not paid, and we all have lives and responsibilities outside of this site. We can’t be present 24/7, even if we wish we could be more available during peak times.
That said, I agree: moderation coverage isn’t where it needs to be specifically in General Chat, as the surge of visitors and inappropriate content is newer than not to that room. I’m actively working to address the coverage issues, and have been since I became Admin of that room - you’re welcome to cross-reference that with any of the staff members in there. The challenge isn’t a lack of applicants, but rather finding individuals whose histories and behaviors in the room don’t automatically disqualify them from becoming moderators.
Regarding suggestions: I won’t be sharing them publicly. I’ve been around long enough to know that doing so often leads to unnecessary drama. My focus is on productive, “behind-the-scenes” improvement, not performative outrage.
If you or anyone else has concrete solutions that consider the limits of volunteer-led rooms, feel free to submit feedback in the appropriate Forums section or DM Chatmaster. Just know that running a space like this isn’t as simple as installing a PHP plugin and calling it a day.

And I always look for quality over quantity or over being desperate to find more help. That’s why it takes me awhile to find the right mod candidate. But it’s usually worth the wait. We have a great team of moderators in Adult Chat Desktop. They work hard at keeping the room free of violations and fun and covered 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

The secrecy attached to movements and suggestions and the lack of accessibility to owners and any access to a proper complaints / feedback loop is the issue. I’ve told you this before and was met with silence again. Yes you are a volunteer as are others but users of any corporation should have a right to get closure with ideas or complaints from paid staff.

While the secrecy remains in place the drama continues, loosen the dialogue a bit and you’ll see improvements.

I also keep hearing the “mob mentality” or “people ganging up” argument and I really don’t see that happening with such a robust community. The point of my asking all of this is that I think even people who disagree with each other can look at SOME content (the worst of it) and agree “yea that doesn’t need to be here”. Maybe you could pick people that absolutely hate each other and don’t get along at all to be in the group, so that you know that whatever is being booted by the mods who are not mods is absolutely the most vile stuff. Or maybe there’s a three strike rule , reviewed by actual mods, and if you boot someone without actual cause 3 times you get fired. 🤣 idk. I’m obviously pushing for more community involvement, even though I’m open to suggestions on how that might look or play out.

AI modding can just block what you set as parameters or can be set to just mute or ghost on the same repetitive sentence or images the third time etc….. or it can do a hell of a lot more without bias

Porn plays a huge part in chat ave and the owners are acutely aware of this. Admins don’t have filter access and many other key standard features so in the end they are the most powerless victims of this site. Especially if they think they are doing good.

I can only speak for myself but I’m not a “victim” and I’m not “powerless”. I’ve been a mod then admin for over 4 years and I know for a fact I’ve personally helped many, many people with issues they’ve had here.
I’ve also removed hundreds, probably thousands of disgusting, dangerous people from this site, along with preventing hundreds, probably thousands of children from accessing rooms they shouldn’t be in.
I’m not trying to overstate my importance, I’m not saving the world here. But I know I’ve done some good.
Again, your opinion but not factual. I can only speak for the Desktop team but we have a fantastic group of hard working Moderators who volunteer their personal time to keep the room safe and fun, using the tools they have. Exactly. The AI agent will process everything through the community guidelines set up for it. Just as online AIs do now as well. I tripped up ChatGPT asking it about it's answers and if I can trust them since it admitted its answers had to be filtered through community guidelines. It admitted I could not trust its answers.
