I think it is great. It's the same with a few new features. Some of the old stuff is just moved somewhere else. 😊
No need for multiple threads.
It's not a disaster, it's just largely pointless and doesn't seem to fix much, while adding in a bunch of things that no one wanted.
It's like having a house where the roof has caved in... and just slapping a new coat of paint on it to fix it.
It's having a broken down car... and changing its turn signal bulbs.
It's losing a game 84-0... and saying it was entirely the goalie's fault.
It's asking Mrs. Lincoln how the play was otherwise.
Lipstick on a pig. Polishing a turd. Rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
What is the point of gifts? And gold?
Where is the circle around the avatar/pfp to indicate male and female ********? Why is there no location flag in the ******** list anymore? Why can't I get an easy one-click view of a person's age, gender, and location anymore?
Why can ******** hide their friends list? That's just gives easy and approved cover to the 53-year-old Tennessee guy who only seems to have 13-to-16-year-old females as friends.
Positives: sure, having the ability to ignore in only a click or two is nice. As is the fact that you can actually tag a person when posting a gif or YT video for them to check out. The quote option has some positives.
But... why can't we have the ability to make ignores last longer than 30 measly days? Why can't we have more than like 3 or 4 reports at a time? The ability to have a REAL block where a person we ignore also can't see us? Something to be done to limit guests who only want to come in and troll and perv without any care for anything beyond that, thus rendering warnings to them irrelevant?
Why can't we have the changes we really want instead of what amounts to little more than cosmetic tweaks?
I don't have the anti-update animosity that many have shown. I just don't see the point to it.

I very much like it as well. Cute little changes to make this fresh is always something cool in my eyes. Earning gold and sending gifts as just a side activity giving us something to do is rather adorable. Call me weird, but I dont see where all the negativity comes from 😀

Why does change seem to freak people out, yes it’s different but once we understand the new bits and pieces it will be fun
I think some people just get comfortable with the way things are. And then when things change they have to try and get comfortable again in the new situation. Some people adapt quickly and others it takes a little time. 🤷🏻♂️
