@Inkandtatts, myself, & some others were discussing how the segregated gay / lesbian chats act as safe spaces for gays & lesbians; to counter my argument, some of the more other types used problems faced in lesbian chat where lesbians are targeted particularly in comparison to gay men in gay chat...

...blah blah blah, long story short...

the question came up;

I hesitate to ask but how would you prove that you’re a lesbian to use lesbian chat?

naturally i answered with;

you has to send an admin a photo meeting the following conditions;

1. wearing a plaid shirt
2. in the driver seat of a suburu with a kamala harris 2024 bumper sticker
3. no make up, short hair (preferred but not necessary)
4. a neckless with the female gender symbol, instead of say, a crucifix (tattoos acceptable)
5. listens to tatu, billie ellish, & doja cat

so i started thinking, perhaps i should make a thread in the gay / lesbian forums & officially propose these as new safety regulations for lesbian chat (gay chat can figure out their own variation of it, its not my business); think of them in a similar fashion to how teen & kid chat has age regulations 💁🏼‍♀️

maybe the chatmaster can give them a special badge or somethin', like a pink star or w.e that indicates theyre qualified lesbians that met these conditions 🐒

should these be the official conditions to becoming a member of lesbian chat??? if not, what would you propose instead???

It's unlikely TheChatmaster would adopt a badge in the form of a pink star to "segregate" a protected group. He is probably aware similar ideas were done to Jews, who were also segregated and forced to identify themselves with yellow stars as being part of a group.

Regarding stars, I've not heard an admin complain about having a grey/silver one to identify them as being part of a group but I could be wrong.

I can't work out what the intention is of copy/pasting a dictionary - whether you're implying that the OP is pushing for people to be forced to segregate (which is grossly inaccurate) or whether you're agreeing with the OP where she acknowledges that there is "optional segregation" on CA based on gender and sexuality (boys chat, girls chat, gay chat, lesbian chat, and even forums sections dedicated to them) but that you believe that having these fits the definition you provided.

Or maybe it's all just semantics to make the OP sound like a Nazi that wants to segregate lesbians from the rest of the CA world 🤷‍♂️

we already has identifying symbols that segregate other users from each other, even a grey circle to uniquely identify, & segregate users that don’t identify as either male or female 🤯

i just so happen to think that a special star shape, instead of the ol’ circle, for verified lesbians would be a neat lil’ flex…

this is literally a satirical poll, featuring the most stereotypical lesbian prerequisites; & here people are again trying to make me look like a nazi, even though if i was serious this forced segregation would apply to me since i myself am a lesbian 🙊
