No Access to Gifs or Photos

I have been a member using random_male for several years. I can log in and chat, without being able to post gifs or pictures. Last week I was blocked from sharing gifs or pictures to the Adult Chat. I have cleared the cache, history and rebooted the modem. How do i reinstate this feature? I need assistance after talking with a moderator in Adult Chat yesterday.
