No way to enter in video chat, but... no kick or ban!

What can I do to enter again in video-chat?

Try to reset cache, cookies, etc. If that does not work reset your router.

let me know if nothing else works out for you and I can try something else.

I can tell you though from my experience these bans can be permanent depending on how serious the moderator claims the situation is.

Correct. If you're looking to appeal you'd have to send a message to @Chatmaster or wait until a new admin is appointed.
