for topic select the tech support one.
its keep showing the error that the email is not valid?
enter your email so they can reply to you or use an email that they allow since some are blocked/blacklisted.

@Ness_eb that person is saying he is getting an error with his email it is not working. Sharry cannot reply at the moment unless this site get fixed or they start over and get new email if they are allowed too. 🙂
Sharry try to clear your history and log off here then restart your computer and come back on here again try it again if not maybe you can make a new account and email chat ave.
