I do not entirely remember you, if you have done that, thank you (though tbf all users should be reporting when they see something against the rules). I did not want to involve myself, but this thread is going on for too long so I will make one last comment before one of the admins comes.

As I said previously whether you meant is as a joke or not (and this applies to everyone: guests, users, and VIPS), it is simply not allowed. To add on to this, you berated my fellow mod here for not doing her job, rephrasing what you said: "she didn't kick guests posting scam links", "she allowed bikini pfps to remain", "she did not action VIPS because of their rank", "she called you creepy", and so on.
I myself mod/have modded with 0 zxy many times. If she did not kick these guests, it is because she was dealing with something, or you simply were too busy asking for 'shirtless' pics to notice 😀. I have no doubt that she did in fact kick these guests and you are simply spouting nonsense to defend yourself.
For the bikini pfps, as she said, we mods are not all-seeing, we are not omniscient. If you see something that violates the rules, use the report button; though seeing as you wanted to 'assess' the shirtless pic, it seems you'd rather keep these pfps.
For VIPS, as she also stated, we, including her, do indeed action everyone that violates the rules, including VIPS. I know that much, since stated prior, I have modded with her many times. Maybe you would notice these things more if you were a little less busy 'assessing' shirtless pics.
As for her calling you creepy, though not necessarily the best way to go about saying things, in this case, she'd very much be correct. The statement you made is rather creepy, whether intended to be told as a joke or not.
I have concluded with my point. Oh, and as for moderating, seeing your current behavior, I wouldn't be too sure if you are fit to moderate, though that is not my decision to make. And if I were not to remain professional, I might say some unpleasant things for insulting my fellow coworkers and/or friends.
