Ok so no matter what I do I can not insert a pfp

Genuinely every pfp I try to put automatically brings up the message “this file is not to accordance with our guidelines” or something. I’ve tried putting it plain white and it’s still popping up the message

And now it wont even let me upload images here what the heck is wrong with this moderation??
