after which he posted a meme suggesting i'm a pedophile, which reads "hardcore - for the kid" and shows a cartoon of a man offering cash

A simple remedy would be to just block the user or don't start with the user/users the second they log on, which you constantly do. If one of the few people who like you are on and someone you don't like is on, you tag them and say "look who just logged on" and begin spamming gifs used to harass them, which you do with me, but I just block you and let you piss and moan about me.
 
Here's just one example of you immediately tagging me once I start typing. The difference is, I don't spam the forums crying like a child because some people are retaliating and being mean to me.
