This error message appears when trying to verify a new account in kids chat. Several people have had this issue and as far as I know nobody is able to verify an account right now.

Agreed, when creating accounts tells u there is a code and there isn't in your emails and then shows up with error messages I've had many complaints sent to me about it and hoping something can be done
I have just been contacted by the Administrator who informed me that the issue regarding this verification issue should now be fixed.
