Sounds like chat account was auto deleted due to inactivity. You will have to remake the account or create a new one. I don't think @Chopper can help you with that

You've been away from chat for a while so, as Heathen mentioned, your account has been auto deleted, that's why your password isn't working. Re-create your account or use the room as a guest as you don't frequent the room often enough to maintain your account anyway.

You said in PM you've been trying to gain access to your account for a month and this is first I'm hearing about your issues? Why didn't you come to forums to let me know earlier?
