Password reset

Hello pals,

If one forgets one’s password, how might that password be reset?

There is a place on the log in screen that says forgot pass as shown in the following ss underlined in red. You will need to have access to the email you registered with. If that doesn’t help u will need to contact @Chatmaster by clicking on his tag and start conversation. Alternatively u can email them [email protected] using account log in issues as your subject and tell them your issue and let them know the user name for the account in question

It isn’t actually for me, someone keeps creating accounts because they’ve “forgotten their password”. I have my doubts, but now I have the answer on how to do it. Happy to close this bad boy.
