I was kicked from chat for "doxxing" a user. I compiled a forum post with a staggering amount of evidence against this allegation. After examination by our admin Glob!, the kick was deemed to be false and in error. However, this put his moderator in a bad place. Instead of admitting to their error, he justified my kick for doxxing, by saying the kick was warranted for "harrassing" Paige. No moderator on chat ever warned me, or otherwise told me to stop any behavior that might have warranted being kicked for harassment. LostCause responded to my forum post stating the she was the one who kicked me. Since she had good intentions and I wholeheartedly believed her response to be true, I chose to take the higher road ,apologized for the confusion and "let it go".
The following day Glob followed up on my forum post by saying:
"Kick is warranted. Bread, I’ve PM’d you on multiple occasions to STOP harassing paige and vise versa with her. I’ve asked both of you to block each other. You did not tell anyone that you indeed were NOT doxxing her, if anything you agreed with her by telling her “go cry on forums”. Please, stop like I’ve told you before, block her permanently for now on to avoid anything like this"
I can agree with you and say that it probably wasn’t her real last name, but given the responses you made after she created this allegations the moderators took action accordingly. It would’ve been a smart idea to PM one of them saying “she’s lying”. Either way, I’ve forewarned both of you to leave each other alone.. that was crossing a line.

This rebuts two things:
1. He had previously told me to IGNORE his original request of not contacting Paige on January 24th, 2021. His original request of Paige and I not contacting each other took place Mid January. At the time, the reason for this request was because the user Paige was maliciously sharing private information about me on chat with another user named youngandmenace. IE doxxing/harassment
That same day Glob contacted me through PM and asked me to stop contacting Paige, the user that filed a false doxxing report against me. He told me the same thing has been said to her and that all his moderators were made aware of the issue. I told him I would follow his request but that she wasnt going to do the same, because I know shes a troll. He responded by saying if we respond, instigate or contact each other in any way we would be removed.

The next day two users (one being a minor) were talking about their sexually inappropriate/sexually explicit experiences on chat. This goes against our our rule of sexually inappropriate discussions so I asked them both if they could stop talking about it in chat. They chose not to so I reported them. Since they continued to talk about it and since no mods were in chat I told them they had been reported and wrote MODS on chat so it can be easier for mods to locate.
User Paige then made "remarks" towards my report and called me a snitch. [IE Contacted me]
I screenshotted her remarks and sent them to Glob via PM. As he had told me the previous day, if we made contact with each other in "ANY" way, we would be removed. He dismissed my report by saying "how do you even know it was directed at you". As if she wasnt talking about me calling me a snitch for reporting bad behavior to Mods. Again user Paige remained on chat and my report was ignored. He followed up by saying "I've asked her to block you and she has" so there was basically no way she could have been talking about me. Knowing in my heart that was a LIE, I sent a test PM to Paige to verify i was indeed not blocked and she was targeting those statements at me. I sent glob a SS of me contacting her, showing him that she indeed did not block me. This proving she was directing her comments at me in chat earlier.
I kept my mouth shut and turned a negative experience into a positive one. I volunteered a few hours of my time to thoroughly examine our Videogamechat rules and reflect on the disparity of treatment between users. I made some much needed revisions to the rules based on not only my own but other users mistreatment I have seen on chat. I also reflected greatly about how to apply these revisions based on what I believe a just admin/mod should do.

Admin Glob! was on chat with user Paige and user Sofija both of whom were not speaking English. As has been a long standing rule, we are only allowed to speak English in main chat. Not only was the word she posted not in English but it also had a derogative term associated with it. I screenshotted and posted it on chat to Glob! because he seemed to ignore her post.
Now I am banned for protesting the injustice that has occurred over the last 3 days.
I apologize for voicing my opinion on chat because of the frustration that you(the admin) and the admins of this forum cause. You do nothing but exacerbate the issue by trying to shut people up and preventing discussion. Furthermore you should treat everyone as equals not only to keep transparency but because that is what is morally and ethically fair. There is no reason that I should have to follow any rules bestowed upon me that are not bestowed upon anyone else. You can not punish me for not following rules that are not in place, that you conjure. You are acting on emotion and not logic.
You and the admins here are the people in a position of trust and power, not pride and prejudice.

- Paige and youngandmenace were given wristslaps and continued to be on chat harassing me while I had to keep getting my reports dismissed by Glob!
- Correct me if I'm wrong but I do not think Paige suffered any real consequences from this serious allegation other than probably another stern warning to add to her list.

- I was subsequently kicked for contacting her, yet she remained on chat. This despite, me showing Glob that she had engaged me first. This also went against his own statement that we would be BOTH kicked if we BOTH "engaged" with each other.
- Again I was serving time for a kick that could have been avoided if Glob actually did what he said he would do.

- My post took several hours to be approved, only to be instantly closed by Purplerose, for what was an irrefutably unjust and stupid response.
- In frustration I was forced to re-create the post and risk an infraction of "spamming" on the forums.
- The new forum post was "approved", only to be shoved back into a CLOSED thread and prevent discussion.

- I was immediately kicked without so much as a comment, no reason provided. No one told Paige anything as far as I could tell.
- In contrast as seen in the video from January below I was warned for saying the word cheese, "queso" in spanish because I was talking to chat about a specific type of cheese that I purchased that has no other English name..
- Despite the video clearly showing Paige and youngandmenace instigating me. They again walked away with a wrist slap while I was the only one who served kick time.
- When I confronted Glob, with this his response was:
