I was banned from forums for sending a blanked-out nude of a chatter who exposed themselves in chat when minors were present... @HR PufnStuf took it about himself to comment on how horrible he thought it was that I had posted this picture, when a person I have blocked was present, as his age was 17.

Now we have an admin, who is a minor, who has to see these nudes people post or receive. I am confused, is it horrible to send out blanked-out nudes on forums, but not horrible for a young teenager to receive these pictures unblanked on the daily? This website is out of control, bias, and tries to rid people who they perceive as problems, so the truth won't be exposed. This website is a breeding ground for illicit activity involving minors.

Giving a young teen access to everyone's IPs is asinine, and irresponsible, but asking ******** to give the admins nudes, when the admin is a minor is illegal. I suggest you acknowledge it @Chatmaster.

It probably would have been better to send the blacked out nude in PMs instead of to a public forum.
As for who is made admins, again none of us have any control of that. Cm would be the only person who could address your concerns.

I have no say, much like movie suggestions with one of my exs, but I don't agree with making minors admins much less mods because technically, when they see a flagged nude, it's illegal (least in America) but at the same time, there's nothing that will change this. I'm sure @Radiation has seem their fair share of stuff (Hell, I saw the Bud Dwyer video when I was 14 after curiosity that it was posted on a forum) and they can handle it, but at the same time what if they see something beyond adult porn? As an adult, I still deal with trauma (it's not funny) from seeing something ummm, of a minor that someone on another chat site (that's regarded as the most dangerous social networking site online by the FBI) kept putting as their profile photo. I can't imagine a minor having to see that but at the same time, how often has live chat had that?


It seems that most of the illegal images are posted in adult chat or the rooms that allow porn. I commend all the mods and admins of the rooms that allow adult photos to be posted and I've never seen complaints of people posting that stuff in Live. Of course you never know as there was apparently a guest profile in VGC who posted CP though a glitch, but it doesn't appear that room has a problem with that.

Nothing will be done about this though and from a legal standpoint, I agree with you. I also think rooms like Teens and Kids chat are better modded and run by people in the same age bracket because adults are more malicious and being it's a chat room with minors, you can't just hope an adult would better mod or admin said rooms.

******** aren't being asked any such thing - Live Chat is a 13+ room and nude images/cams are NOT ALLOWED. Period.
However, this rule is often violated in Kids Chat and Teen Chat as well, so this can't really be addressed unless you want to block minors from staffing at all - which would present a problem in Kids Chat and Teen Chat as adults would have to staff those rooms, which would both make ******** uncomfortable and attract pervs to the staff positions.

If I recall you got a short time out for doxxing someone's butt - but thanks for tagging me and remembering things I say. 🙂 but I simply commented on what was in open forums, ^ not in a chatroom on site.

If a user can be in a chat, no reason they can't staff in said chat.

reeebs and I were hired as admins under 18. If the ******** (who will be under 18 just like anyone else) sees it anyways what makes it different that staff can see it and actually action it? Also by my observations… the younger mods seem to do better at following instructions and more active than a lot of the adult mods here…. the complication he's trying to get at is....if an admin is a minor, and you are sending proof or screenshots of something containing something pornographic....then in turn you are now sending something to a minor you shouldn't be sending to a minor. i can see how it can be tricky.

Why would you do that? Sending anything that doesn't belong to you is just fucked in the head. If they want to 'expose' themselves that's their business you don't need to join in.
