Petition to classify @little cindy lou who 's posts as scrolling/spamming

Scrolling is an offensable act in chat so i dont see why it shouldnt be here

As per the rules of this forum:
Spam - Purposely spamming a message board with senseless, vacuous, or empty messages is highly frowned upon, unless posting in Everything else forums where spam is allowed .
Posting is a privilege that can and will be revoked for anyone violating the rules of common sense and decorum.

Her posts have vacous, empty spaces like the brain of a baby thats been dropped on its head
Her posts have senseless and deliberate misuse of capitalization, violating the rules of common sense and decorum.
Her posts are commonly accompanied by the purposeful spamming of lumped gifs

As you can she is more than capable of not typing like a derranged schizoid.
She just chooses not to.

My goal is to formally advocate a change through signatures and supportive comments from the public
A poll would just serve to gather me data about who agrees or disagrees.


You of all people would know how easy is to skew the votes on the polls with an influx of troll accounts.

As much as their overuse of gifs, and lay-out habits annoy me, if they were gonna be punished for it, they would have by now. I find it hard to believe all the UMs have just missed the posts, they make themselves quite known 😂
