Why do you mods feel that trolling is your natural state?

Out of curiosity, what would you consider to be an appropriate disciplinary action for the admin to take against this unruly mod? What sort of reprimand would @Pinky need to receive in order for you to feel your complaint was adequately addressed?

Removal as a mod and everyone else trolling the OP being removed. You lot act like little kids.
