Porn Gifs in 13+ Rooms

Just curious, How the **** is that even an option? We have 2-3 users in Mobile that don't do anything other than post these gifs. Its a 13+ Room.
I mean I understand now standards have dropped with all the cam ***** ads all over chat, but seriously. Its a new low.
Is there a way to limit the access? or at worst remove the Gif Option entirely.
