What’s an act of kindness you done for yourself today?

Note this stuff I do my best to do daily.

My act of kindness is celebrating my birthday with my co-workers by buying us a meat and cheese tray from work.

My first act of kindness was jerking myself off while abstaining from the usual aid of pornographic visuals. This action fostered an air of self-appreciation, autonomy, and conscious awareness. I have been putting in tremendous effort to dispel the notion that I require someone else to feel whole. It's a journey, but this display of self-kindness today signifies a positive step forward towards my goal.

Pusillanimous. Used to instill confidence into my boyfriend. It worked!

What’s the kindness thing you done for another person without excepting anything in return?
I once found a lost wallet full of cash and containing an unusually extra large magnum condom. Going out of my way, I located the owner and handed it back, not seeking any sort of cash incentive in return. Unexpectedly, he offered a reward that vastly outdid the wallet's cash value. Good fortune often finds those who are humble and open-minded.
