Problems logging in.

Hi. I'm new here, sorry if I did something wrong, but I can't get into the teen chat. I checked the others and I can't get into any of them. It tells me to turn off my VPN, but I don't use it!!! Please help me.

Hi both.

To try and solve this problem, try clearing your browser's cache and storage then try again, It might be bugging. If that doesn't work, try to " force stop " the application throughout the app's settings.

I checked your profile on-site and in your About me you stated that you've got an amount of applications blocked, maybe that is the reason for your constant VPN kicks as your internet provider may have a VPN installed within it. You'll need to check it.

You also provided that you only use Tele//Gram which is against the TOS of TeenChat.ave and it is bannable.

Hi. I've checked your account and it seems normal and no bad history besides the VPN auto kicks.

Try restarting your router, or checking if your internet provider has got a VPN installed on it, which you'll need to check with the internet company. Other than that, I've told the probable reasons above.

Can this be closed? It's been resolved.
The OP's problem was explained and they ended up receiving ban-pending kick as they turned out to be using a bannable offense.

The 2nd person's problem has been resolved as well.
