QualityLearingCntr is causing problems every night and mods aren't doing anything bc they aren't on

I have screen shots of QualityLearingCntr causing problems but I can't post or send to a mod every night she's harassing anyone who disagrees with "Which is worse? A) The stuff Epstein got arrested for in 2019? Or B) a doctor circumcising a baby? Answer A) EPSTEIN or B) THE DOCTOR" and will say that whoever disagrees with that is a pedo the r word and that we support whatever she's on about

I understand your frustration. If you see that happening and no mods are online, report it anyways and it will be actioned as soon as a mod comes online. An alternative option is to take screenshots and send them to a mod or admin via forums if you would prefer to do so.

this idiot has been doing this for ten years I know of - changes up the narrative when everyone ignores and comes back under different names. This will never stop as doesn't matter if there is mods on 24/7 the site does nothing to stop it with more security in the software as this will reduce the number of freaks who make money for the site.

Hi Snow 430, we hear you, its frustrating without 24/7 coverage and with a volunteer staff, that makes it difficult. If "night" is your chat time, and you meet the criteria to mod, please send @TheLeigh an application and be apart of the solution to all of our problems with jackholes like this user 🙂

I do agree that nighttime coverage is something that needs continued improvement, especially since a lot of reports and issues tend to happen during those hours. It’s also something that is constantly being worked on behind the scenes.

The biggest challenge is finding reliable moderators in the needed time zones who are active consistently and are a good fit for the role. That’s why applications for overnight coverage are always encouraged and actively looked at.

No room is realistically able to have perfect 24/7 coverage at all times, but expanding nighttime moderation has been an ongoing focus for a while now and efforts are continuously being made to improve it. In the meantime, reports are still reviewed and handled as quickly as possible whenever staff are available.

As @Drock shared above, there is currently a moderator application open for General Chat as well. If anyone feels strongly about wanting to help improve overnight moderation in General Chat and believes they’d be active during those hours, applying is definitely encouraged. Having dependable people willing to help is ultimately what strengthens coverage the most.
