Racist Moderators?

I've been banned a few times for posting GIF's and im Black.
But what is annoying is, the reasons are absurd (In some cases i feel its valid).

What's worse is I see moderators allowing people to push Racist GIF's against Black people.
I mean we aren't dumb.
Especially when the mods are all white.

Even on a chat room like this there's "racism" with posting GIF's too lol.
Pretty absurd reasons too mods ban people.

Please make sure mods are unbiased especially when i see Racist GIFs against Black people go unpunished.
And also appoint more colored mods. Don't make it obvious you have a biased towards one color.

Hello, hopefully you can indicate which room this is and what your username is in the room. That will help direct you to the correct people to resolve this. It would also be helpful if you stated the reasons why you were kicked/banned.

But in general, most of the time I have no idea what color a chatter is and it makes absolutely no difference to me. I take action based on the nature of the violation and the violation history of the chatter.

I'll tell you what the mods will do with you now they and their dogs that they call any complaint they will first try to pretend that they listen to your complaint then they will tell you that it's nothing then some of their thugs come in to attack you personally and claim that you are a person who complains too much or that it is not worth it or that you yourself are a troll or a racist This is what happens in 99% of complaints

This is a really shady site that allows kids to stay with old perverts and makes dirty money from it so how can you expect a complaint of racism or bullying to be taken care of when they are doing worse

marginalising people based on their differences or perceived differences creates minority groups, so weather you are being racist or crying racism, you are creating a divide by creating a minority.

Isn't that in itself an offensive/outdated term? back in the day it was routine, I'm surprised you used it in your post.

How would anyone hiring mods even know the true race of anyone else without being too invasive? Also, if room rules or site procedures and fairness are most important qualities(which you seem to imply) how does ones race make one a better mod?

thats what we should be doing, but by splitting everyone in to minority groups, and then splitting those minority groups in to minority groups, you basically unleash minority groups on to each other and the puppet master just sits back proud as punch with his work of antagonising everyone....sound like someone here that has fake power right?
