Random Ban?

Hello,

Around 30 minutes or so ago, so roughly 2:20ish AM EST, I was chatting in a private message and was suddenly banned. The reason given was "Spam," which was confusing because I not literally once posted in main chat the entire evening. I checked another account that I have and it was banned too, and I was unable to enter as a guest (being told I had reached my limit for attempts, I think the phrasing was?) and at least ask a mod as to why.

I'm of course scared because the message that went with this was "Your IP address and other details about you has been recorded and can be used by law enforcement to to identify you in cases involving illegal activity." But I said and did absolutely nothing even remotely illegal, and in fact I even reported some horrific stuff that was posted in the main chat!

My main concern, over all else, is to make sure I'm not in any sort of actual trouble, as I did not post anything, let alone anything that would involve law enforcement. Ideally I'd like my ban to be reversed, but honestly the first concern is my biggest. Any information that can be given would be greatly appreciated.

Basically, you must've said a certain phrase/word/symbol or combination of such, perhaps trying to evade the censor, and triggered the automatic spam ban (given by the system).

The details being given to law enforcement will only be given by the admin if illegal activity was involved, if not then there's no need to worry 🙂.
