Hi, I do recommend using an good browser (Chrome is probably the best option) that works well with these chats. If you're using chrome and it is freezing like you said it could be something else. You could probably try shooting a message or email to @Chatmaster and he could try to help you resolve the lag and make your experience better. I hope this helps

There are a few factors to all this when it comes to your device. If its a PC, you can look into the Task Manager to see if there are processes taking up a lot of memory. Other things that can contribute on the device side would be slowing of connection from firewalls and secruity measures.

Also, try clearing your internet cache and cookies as that gets more info stored up, the slower your browser becomes. On storage things, run a memory test and if needed defragment the HDD/SSD to tidy up.

Phone was, a lot is pretty straight forward and easier. Same thing with the cache and cookies, make sure your phone is updated, and the HDD isnt full. If you have an older device, like I have an older Kindle Fire laying around somewhere that doesnt work with current software as its just too much for the device to handle

Lastly, make sure you dont have a virus of any kind.

Hopefully the situation is able to be resolved 💜💜

Defrag is fine for an HDD but you should never defrag an SDD. First there's no benefit because they're designed to work with fragmented data and are just as fast with it (no moving parts), and second, you'll be using up your precious and limited rewrite cycles.
