Randomly got banned from teen chat w/ no reason

I try to log into my account to make a few changes, and I am slapped with a "you are banned, you cannot enter." I am a normal user, not a pedo, I've never spammed or have broken the rules of the chat in all my time on there, and I am suddenly banned. I was a VIP to, so money down the drain. I just wanna delete my account at this point because this site is insane. Thank you.

What was your screen name in that room please and thank you so the admin can look you up for the reason. As soon as @Seyma is available she will look into this and get back to you and if you need to cancel your account you can send @Chatmaster a private message about that you want to cancel your account please and thank you. 🙏 let's see what happened first if you want to then you can see if you want to cancel or not.
