The majority of the world will think harsh punishments for flashing or assaulting minors should be a norm because even some of the world's most dangerous, disgraceful criminals have a "no kids" moral compass. There's a reason why people who have messed with kids are kept in solitary in prisons.

Flashing to minors was next level sh!t. He is for a long time making creepy comments on chatter's families. Constantly showing how vile he can be. It is really concerning behavior.
My personal opinion is that he is dangerous psycho who is missing moral compass. Autistic people can misstep socially, but they usually don't lack the sense of remorse.
