I have been working a custodial job for a full year now at Texas A+M in College Station, TX. Tomorrow will be my 1 year anniversary with the company. My pay is real low, $9.36, but I'm supposed to get my first raise this week. I can barely afford to pay rent and in order to pay rent i have to work extra hours just to be able to come up with $500. I have another expense to pay being my phone bill which is around $48 a month. I can barely afford food and gas in my car. This week till next payday when I'm at home I will be living of salami and cheese sandwiches. The first thing I have to buy with my next check is a new tire for my car. I've been driving to work and home on a spare for almost 3 weeks. I don't get paid again until the 12th and only have $3 left in my account. Just wanted to get this off my chest.
