Remembering Freddie Mercury (1946-1991)

It was on this day 33 years ago that we lost a musical legend, Freddie Mercury. He was only 45 years old. There’s not much to say that hasn’t already been said. I just think he was an incredible singer, songwriter and performer.

There are statues of him in Montreux, Switzerland and Jeju, South Korea.

I like how diverse their music is. They have some songs that are highly orchestrated and others that are just straight ahead rock/pop songs.
