Removal of the unwanted VIP that was forced onto my account

I've had no response to my post in the 'Suggestions, Comments & Feedback' section of this forum (or to my numerous emails and DMs), so I'm going to try posting it in this section instead.

Please can the unwanted VIP status be removed from my Singles Chat account. It was added against my wishes, without my consent. This site's terms of use make no mention of the fact that other users can make changes to a person's account without their permission. According to this site's rules and regulations, VIP is "optional", and yet I have been given no option. When I registered on this site I did not agree to being put in the position of being forced to accept "gifts" from strangers online, and I see this as enabling sexual harassment.

There is no financial reason to not remove the VIP from my account, as the terms of VIP make it very clear that it is not refundable. The site will still get its money either way.

@Chatmaster, if there is some reason why VIP cannot be removed from my account, can you at least explain what this reason is? I am making a polite, reasonable request and it would be nice to at least receive a response, after more than two weeks of receiving none.

did you buy the vip?
because the only way that im aware of getting vip on most sites is by bying it,i havent been there but to get it removed the owner or admin could remove its status maybe.

She was "gifted" it, several times I believe. and has had a rough time getting and keeping it off her profile. the system seems to move very slowly on this issue. Other threads relating to this have been deleted.

PM @Chatmaster directly. There is nothing we (as in the rest of the staff) can do about it. Only one that can handle this is CM himself.
