@Annie is the admin of teen chat. I would have started by messaging her with screen shots of what is going on.

Flag the post in chat and let the mods and system work.
Us staff in Teen work harder than y’all think and we ban and ban request many users every single day to ensure the room is the best it can be. Make sure your reporting rule offending things by dm reports main or wall reports. Never report a profile unless there is something wrong with the profile and we can ensure you it will be dealt with
