Is there a way to report users as bullies? Pushing ppl to delete their accounts by abusive messages to PMs and slander to other users?

Take screen shots of the abuse and send them on to the mods of what ever room you chat in.
Or just use the report feature and report it. We don’t look at why you report it. We just look at the pm/main content that is actually reported. In Teen for a case like yours we warn/mute/kick for abuse in dms

You can always report bullies/harassment. In chat rooms, you can reach out to the mod or admin if they're logged in, or use the REPORT feature (in the chat rooms, the 3 dots to the far right of the post, next to the date and time). The best way to handle it, however, is to use the IGNORE feature.

Nope Ofc not it tells us (staff) who reported it and the name of the person and the message/messages but users are not notified upon being reported
Just a note that you can also report PMs by clicking the gear in the PM window and clicking report. The offender will of course know that it was you that reported the PM since PMs are only between two people. It sounds like some of the issues you are having are in PMs though, and reporting the PM will allow a mod to review the entire length of the conversation and take action accordingly.

Don't forget you also have the luxury of the ignore function. This will prevent the user from contacting you.
ignore only lasts for so long (5 weeks I think?) so you may need to revisit to ignore again from time to time.

The ignore function is fantastic and I would recommend this as well. Often times bullies (online and in real life) get bored and move on when they're not receiving the attention they seek. For clarity, ignores for registered and VIP ******** last about a month as @JenRock said, but ignores for guest accounts only last for the duration that the chatter is logged in. Because guest accounts are not stored in the system, ignores placed on guest accounts will be removed every time they log out and you will need to ignore the guest chatter again when they log back in.
