Request for unbanning and question about rule (unfair spam ban bc system misread word)

I was logged in as a guest and was asking someone about a test called the Enneagram but because this word has a similar name to an app, I got banned for spam.

Is there any way to alter the rule a bit so related but separate words aren't penalized? It's just a personality test.

Or could I please be unbanned? @foreverman

Hi as you were logged in as a guest we have no way of retrieving why you were banned, so it looks like you will stay banned, because we would never be able to retrieve the profile.
