"Five states — Texas, Utah, Kansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana — are suing Pfizer for concealing the vaccine's risks of myocarditis, pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths
“Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public,” the lawsuit argues.
“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,” Kobach said in a Topeka press conference June 17 to announce the lawsuit.
Additionally, the lawsuit claims Pfizer lied about the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine in order to secure record company revenue of approximately $75 billion from COVID-19 vaccine sales in just two years.
Kobach alleges the company took advantage of Kansans’ fears of the virus, which were reinforced by social media censorship.
